Never really resolved anything especially with the brakes, the car was left dirty from mechanic. I was told to come back with brakes, Alain heard the noises I was having. Excellent experience from placing a call for an appointment to drop off of the auto and pick up. Matt was especially outstanding as he was able to determine another issue that required repair. Matt was able to figure out the problem based on my description and Matt nailed it. The total cost was reasonable and the personalized service from Matt (and washing my car!) Will keep us going back to Ken Ganley. We are very pleased with the service and quality treatment. More
