It was late in the day so I left at closing to sleep on it, and even ended up picking the one I didn't think I wanted at first. She has been a complete gem throughout the process, honest and trustworthy. I would highly recommend asking for Kristy next time you're in the market for a new Ford, especially if you're a woman. She gets it. I'm not a big fan of the Ganley brand, I loved this store under Gillingham, so this experience has won me over because of her. More

This is my first time buying a new car, and the process with Kristy was so simple and easy. The application for financing was understandable and explained in a matter I could understand. We were insistent on buying a Ford and Kristy really knows her stuff. She is a Ford supporter through and through. She was able to rattle off facts and figures for the various options and she really knew what I was looking for after asking a few questions. She knew what models were being discontinued and she knew the desire of people and had a good finger on what people are looking for, so she was able to find something that was available. Another thing, I always thought that you can only trade in one car for a new car, and that is not the case. We were able to trade in my car, my dad’s car, and even an old motorcycle that we weren’t using anymore. This dealership really worked with us and specified our purchase based on our specific needs. Also, I have utilized Ken Ganley Ford Parma for service on my previous vehicles, and they are so helpful and do great work. I look forward to taking this new car to their service department for all my preventative and maintenance needs. Also, the price I paid for my new car was very competitive with the market and the research that I had done before my purchase. I was expecting inflated prices, but I found theirs to be realistic and acceptable. Finally, for payment I was able to find a payment plan with so many options I was able to cater my monthly payment to what I needed and wanted. I believe some of the warranties were necessary, and others I went with to make life easier in the future. I hope to have and keep this Ford Escape for many many years to come, but I know that when the time comes for another new car, I will definitely go see Kristy Tomcho. More
