Kristy Tomcho is an amazing agent. This is my first time buying a new car, and the process with Kristy was so simple and easy. The application for financing was understandable and explained in a matter I could understand. We were insistent on buying a Ford and Kristy really knows her stuff. She is a Ford supporter through and through. She was able to rattle off facts and figures for the various options and she really knew what I was looking for after asking a few questions. She knew what models were being discontinued and she knew the desire of people and had a good finger on what people are looking for, so she was able to find something that was available. Another thing, I always thought that you can only trade in one car for a new car, and that is not the case. We were able to trade in my car, my dad’s car, and even an old motorcycle that we weren’t using anymore. This dealership really worked with us and specified our purchase based on our specific needs. Also, I have utilized Ken Ganley Ford Parma for service on my previous vehicles, and they are so helpful and do great work. I look forward to taking this new car to their service department for all my preventative and maintenance needs. Also, the price I paid for my new car was very competitive with the market and the research that I had done before my purchase. I was expecting inflated prices, but I found theirs to be realistic and acceptable. Finally, for payment I was able to find a payment plan with so many options I was able to cater my monthly payment to what I needed and wanted. I believe some of the warranties were necessary, and others I went with to make life easier in the future. I hope to have and keep this Ford Escape for many many years to come, but I know that when the time comes for another new car, I will definitely go see Kristy Tomcho. More

My escape was in several months ago, so not sure why I am now getting a survey text. Anyway, my service advisor was very friendly and professional. However, my car was in there for multiple days, and the pro now getting a survey text. Anyway, my service advisor was very friendly and professional. However, my car was in there for multiple days, and the problem was never properly diagnosed. They recommended a $4200 steering column replacement. I cleaned the parking sensors off on the vehicle and my car has been running fine since. I had suggested that it could be a parking sensor issue since the first error message I get always started with a parking sensor fault. Then it cascade to multiple messages. Ford got involved at one point as well and offered to pay a small part of that $4200 repair. I’m glad I did not get the repair done because I don’t think that was the problem. As long as I keep my parking sensors clean, the car seems to be fine. also, I got charged several hundred dollars to try to reset something that did not fix the problem. I feel like I wasted money at that dealership trip. I also think Ford still has a problem with their design and wiring. A parking sensor fault should not trip 20 different error messages and cut out your turn signals and windshield wipers and other issues. Again, as long as I keep my parking sensors clean, the car has been running fine lastly, when I came to pick up my car, they told me it was OK to drive home. I barely made it home because I had no power steering. When I got home, I looked under the dash and realized they had unplugged it. I was able to plug it back in and it’s been running fine. Again, somebody should’ve checked that before letting me drive home.. More
