According to our records, you have The Ford PremiumCARE warranty which unfortunately does not cover shocks, only the warranties with maintenance & wear portion does. Ford PremiumCARE covers a wide range of vehicle components, including the engine, transmission, steering, brakes, and electrical systems. It also covers some wear-and-tear items like spark plugs, brake pads, and wiper blades, though this may vary based on the specific plan. Ken Ganley Ford will honor the warranty that you have but unfortunately the warranty that you purchased will not cover the repair you currently need. It’s not Ken Ganley Ford, it’s the warranty.
