Your service team NEVER called me to update me. I had to call to get updates. When the wrong part came in, no one notified me there would be a delay. I don't know if your service department ordered it wrong or wherever it comes from was in error. You used to wash cars, mine was not and had an additional hand print on it. Car was in shop for two weeks with no offer for a rental. Another employee gave me 'the song and dance' about rentals being at a minimum due to Covid; I don't have any problems renting a car so why would you? You have dealer cars. I also got the reply about shortage of help. Maybe if you didn't pay for a new commercial each week with the bleached blonde, you could hire more help and pay them a little better. I didn't have these problems when it was Mentor Kia. Times change I guess.
