Everyone there was extremely helpful, polite & professional. The waiting area was crowded but comfortable. The only complaint I have is that I had a 10:30 appointment & because so many other peopl professional. The waiting area was crowded but comfortable. The only complaint I have is that I had a 10:30 appointment & because so many other people had appointments at the same time, I was waiting from 10:30am to 12:45pm for a simple oil change & tire rotation 2 1/4 hrs is way too long to have to wait.
