While 45 minutes from home, my Frontier lost power and I made an emergency stop at Ken Ganley for help. Though it was late in the day, the team squeezed me in, found that a chipmonk had stored acorns and made an emergency stop at Ken Ganley for help. Though it was late in the day, the team squeezed me in, found that a chipmonk had stored acorns and leaves in the intake manifold area blocking a key linkage, causing the problem. They removed the debris and got me quickly back on the road. They could have easily asked me to leave the truck, but went the extra mile to get me home. That's exceptional customer service --thanks!
