2021-Jan: Ganley-Cleveland Ohio: False advertising - false prices listed on CarGurus: Ganley had price listed on CarGurus for a new Crosstrek. We went to dealer, burnt few hours. Then, they gave quo false prices listed on CarGurus: Ganley had price listed on CarGurus for a new Crosstrek. We went to dealer, burnt few hours. Then, they gave quote $4,200 'over' MSRP. This was the only dealership that has ever done this. There are a few dealers listing new cars over MSRP, but they are honestly listing as such. Other dealers are listing at MSRP and just lowballing trade-ins, etc. But it is not legal to list false prices. I have lived in CLE all my life - most people avoid this dealership. I just thought they might have changed given Vroom/Carvana etc - but they are as unscrupulous as ever. Avoid. More
I recently stopped in for a Subaru after my car was totalled and was blown away by the attention to detail I received from Hannah and the Ganley Subaru East team. I ended up with a Crosstrek. My car was incoming from the factory and Hannah was very patient and communicative with me during the wait while our family had to pair down to ine vehicle. She even offered to help us get to and back from work if the Subaru was late to come in! Best time buying a car, especially during an otherwise very stressful situation. More
This is the third Subaru I’ve purchased with Ganley in Wickliffe. I find them extremely professional, helpful and fair. The past two Legacy’s I bought I worked with Hannah Benjamin. She’s great! I found myself at Ganley East in a panic, needing a car to replace my Ford that had died and feeling burned by that dealership experience. Wanting a Subaru again, I was skeptical that I could find my ideal to replace my Ford that had died and feeling burned by that dealership experience. Wanting a Subaru again, I was skeptical that I could find my ideal car during the pandemic shortage. A friend recommended his salesperson at Ganley East. I was pleasantly surprised though and had a great experience. Brian Lunar was an extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable sales person. No high sales push or condescending attitude. He was professional and has been making sure, 6 months out now, that I am happy. My car got a recall and the service team was super nice and helpful, and even provided a loaner to drive instead of waiting. What a pleasurable experience, to be treated with respect and I also believe I got a fair deal on the car. Plus, it is a great car and I love it. I would recommend Ganley East and Brian Lunar to anyone looking. More
I would give our sales rep, Brian Lunar, five stars. The only reason I give the dealer four stars is because we didn't receive a GREAT deal. (I think we received a good deal.) I bought my Subaru from Ken and this is my second one. Ken was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I never felt pressured to buy!
