Went to purchase a 2007 Mustang from Ganley today. Had a so-so experience until Steve joined in on the sale, things got worse from there. At 49 years of age, I didn’t appreciate being spoken to like a 16 year old kid, basically treating me like I was there to take a joyride in his favorite car. Eventually I was allowed to drive it after I informed him I had 10k to put down on a 26k car. Of course in the end, they couldn’t finance me with literally 40% down and a credit score over 770. Hannah was so good to us when we came into the showroom rather late to look at getting a new Subaru even though i didn’t want to part with my 2015 Subaru. I recently stopped in for a Subaru after my car was totalled and was blown away by the attention to detail I received from Hannah and the Ganley Subaru East team. I ended up with a Crosstrek.
