could not drive vehicle, no brakes and not running right set up appointment to look at a 1997 dodge ram that they were asking $9,000 for. set up appointment, got to dealer (40 miles one way) and truck was un set up appointment to look at a 1997 dodge ram that they were asking $9,000 for. set up appointment, got to dealer (40 miles one way) and truck was undriveable which was not disclosed. brake lines blown, not running right due to bad plenum gasket, serpentine belt tensioner frozen and belt ready to fly off. I was being generous and said if you fix the items I would go $6,000 out the door. they would not negotiate at all and was a total wasted trip. manager emailed me and asked how everything went and I said this is my offer. no response. finally got response and manager told me that the truck is a "mechanics special" "as is" was never disclosed when I first called on truck. in all of my years I never heard of an "as is" mechanics special" for $9,000. very disappointed but does not surprise me. I would not pay $1,500 for the truck as it sits now which it still is on their lot. the acv they have on this vehicle is between a $1,000-$1,500 More

Another Great Subaru Buying Experience When our Legacy sedan lease was up, we returned to Brad at Ganley in Wickliffe to lease another vehicle. Brad suggested we look at the Subaru Forester When our Legacy sedan lease was up, we returned to Brad at Ganley in Wickliffe to lease another vehicle. Brad suggested we look at the Subaru Forester. I was hesitant switching from a sedan to a SUV, but after driving the Forester a few times, I was so happy we took a chance and made the change. The Forester is packed with incredible safety features and technology, as well as the ultra-safe design and construction of the vehicle. The visibility out of the front windows is unlike any other vehicle we've driven. The window view makes the ride pleasurable and ensures safety, as other vehicles from every angle are easily seen. The ride is smooth and comfortable. Even with Cleveland winter weather, the ride is stable and steady with the assurance of all-wheel drive in place. I was concerned with the maneuverability of a SUV, but turning and navigating in and out of parking spaces was an easy and not an issue. The sales process was streamlined and efficient when acquiring the Forester. Brad went over all the regular and updated features in the vehicle, and answered all our questions. My husband and I are extremely happy with the professionalism and efficiency of the sales, finance and service departments. We highly recommend Brad and the team at Ganley for a great car buying experience! More
