First off and the the thing that really made my experience so great was my sales associate Matt Lang, because everyone has had that bad experience with some car salesman just trying to sell you a car not caring about what your wants and needs were but this was definitely not that. As soon as he approached me as I was looking in the lot he made me feel comfortable and welcome he answered all my questions and had an immense amount of knowledge on the car I wanted to purchase. We took a test drive and as we did he explained all the features of the car then when we got back to the dealership we sat down and started negotiating prices it was back and fourth like any car buying experience but I felt we ended on a fair price for both myself and the dealership. My car arrived the next day and he went over all the features one more time and I was on my way with my new car. In conclusion Matt Lang really made the difference in making the experience such a great one and I don’t think any other associate could have matched his easy going low pressure attitude with the sale and his knowledge of the car he was selling I highly recommend if your looking for a Subaru of any kind go to this dealership and deal with him yourself you will not regret it!
