They worked hard to get us the best deal that was in our price range without being pushy. Everyone was very friendly and down to earth and we really appreciated it. The salesperson Marlene and the manager stayed after closing to help finalize our paperwork and they did not seem rushed or irritated by the delay, wanted to make sure we understood everything and did not have any questions before leaving. Will I ever learn? My sales associate stated, “We’re going to pay your last 2 lease payments and your disposition fee” for the Honda I was to turn in after I purchased m My sales associate stated, “We’re going to pay your last 2 lease payments and your disposition fee” for the Honda I was to turn in after I purchased my Subaru. The total amount was $750. However, I soon learned that instead of paying it for me, they rolled that amount into my new lease agreement which I didn’t discover until after I’d signed all the paperwork. I was livid. This was an outright lie. My only option was to insist they write me a check for the $750 plus that they actually PAY my disposition fee. This is what ALL Ganley dealerships do - they lie and cheat they’re customers. And they will all tell you that each Ganley center is individually owned. That may be, but they’re all run under the same mindset of cheating they’re customers. I will only do business with Workd Motor Cars from now on. They’re the ones who advised me on how to handle this situation, AND they waived my Honda’s disposition fee, even though I stupidly did not purchase another car from them. Shame on Ganley. More
