Purchase of a new vehicle From our first visit to through our purchase of the vehicle, we had a very good, positive experience. We'd not driven Subarus before and so we test drove the Forester and the Outback to see what felt best. We felt that our intentions were respected - we had no intention of purchasing on our first visit as we'd just begun our car searching. We also had no pressure to meet with a salesperson when we visited on a Sunday afternoon just to see the cars in the daylight to get a better idea of what the vehicle colors are. I also made another visit soon after our first one to drive the Outback some more. Our purchase experience worked out really well. The desired vehicle was in stock and was made ready for us that night, which was much sooner than we expected. We worked out a good trade value for my previous car. The purchase experience went smoothly. About two weeks later as expected, we were contacted for a more thorough lesson about the electronics of the car. It's been just over a month since we made the puchase and we're loving our new car and look forward to continuing to work with Ganley. More
Exceptional I went to Gangley East, for a recall service, on my car. The staff was excellent, especially Craig & the sevice was excellent.
