I purchased 4 new tires on Friday. I got there early for a 10am appointment and Craig helped get me checked in. I picked up the car on Saturday since they needed more time to complete I got there early for a 10am appointment and Craig helped get me checked in. I picked up the car on Saturday since they needed more time to complete the work. The printout of the wheel alignment was not attached to the billing paperwork, nor was the free tire rotation coupon book. The service person on Saturday located the coupon book, but said I needed to contact Craig about the missing alignment paperwork. I left a message on Craig's line yesterday morning and have not yet heard back. I would like proof that the alignment was completed. This facility does good work, but it appears they overschedule for the service staff they have. The people are freindly and I plan to keep going there, I will just add time to when they say it will be ready. More

Today upon arrival for my appointment Service Advisor Josh Nassan met me and initiated the service, sending me to the lounge where I could have a cup of coffee and wait for the work to be completed. In slightly over 2 hours the work, including wheel alignment and complementary car wash were completed and I was on my way! Outstanding! More

Joe Assured me from the start not to worry I was fine & my car would be taken care of as scheduled. He also kept in touch with me as far as what was going on. I didn’t realize I needed new front brakes. I am so glad he pointed that out to me so I could get it done now instead of having to make another appt. I really felt he was in control of things & I had no doubt my car was in good hands More
