Wait time of 3 hours for service with appointment was excessive. The waiting room emptied twice. Unknown to me the car had been ready for at least 25 minutes without notice. Service rep said he was bogg excessive. The waiting room emptied twice. Unknown to me the car had been ready for at least 25 minutes without notice. Service rep said he was bogged down with paperwork. No problem was found with transmission. However, unreported shield rattle became worse as well as new acceleator studdering. I would not like to return to this uncaring place which appears to have scheduling problems. More

I was in the Service Department for a 60,000 mile check up on my 2017 Forester. The service was done on time and the staff was pleasant. They contacted me ( As they said they would) after the inspection it up on my 2017 Forester. The service was done on time and the staff was pleasant.
