Collin and the service staff were very helpful and friendly. When I picked up my vehicle, I noticed a noise from something that fell into the fan under the cabin air filter. Great experience. Josh in the service department was my guy. He kept me informed of what was going with my car. Which is really important. I even had a question on my Josh in the service department was my guy. He kept me informed of what was going with my car. Which is really important. I even had a question on my car. The next day. So I text Josh and he found out the answer for me. Come to find out it was his day off and he still called the dealer and found out the answer to my question. Thanks Josh . I also liked the shuttle service. It's nice not to have to find a ride home after you drop off your car. And 2 days later when my car was repaired I called the shuttle driver they came to my house and drove me back to the dealership. Shuttle drivers name was Steve very nice guy. Thanks to everyone the cars been great. More

I always have a good experience at Ken Garff service center. Future items that need to be done on my car are always brought to my attention, but never forced into the initial reason I'm there.
