Let me start by saying I went to a different Ken Garff dealership and was not impressed. We bought a new Honda a year ago and were impressed so I thought to try them for a used truck. The truck I wanted a dealership and was not impressed. We bought a new Honda a year ago and were impressed so I thought to try them for a used truck. The truck I wanted at another Ken Garff dealer sold so Zach and I went back to searching Utah for what I was looking for. At this point everything was good. We finally found one, and understandably the dealership would not go get it unless I did all the paperwork first. The day came for them to go get the truck, and Zach made a video which was awesome, except it did not highlight ALL the cosmetic scratches. He pointed out 3-4, a door ding and warn spot on the seat. I was ok with that. I went to take possession of the truck and it has A LOT more then 3-4 scratches and dents. The visor is broken, and the crime rims are delaminating. Not even 24 hours later I asked if we had any options and was told no. So over all, I’m not happy. I’m sure if you buy a new vehicle from the lot, your experience will be ok. More
