Communication leaves much to be desired We had to come to a dealership for work because they do not allow the particular part be sold elsewhere. We called ahead to arrange having the work done the same day. It was A/C work and we were headed to AZ and wanted the work done before we left. They did not communicate to order the part so we were not able to get the work done before we left. They kept asking if the work was for our old car as well. Which was frustrating as well. When we returned they were able to get the work done in a day. And did discount is for the inconvenience. Which we appreciated-Hence us giving a 3-star instead of less. More
