I took the car home and made a video so they could hear the sound. I drove directly home from service and made the video because the sound is prevalent and easily identified. Sent video to the tech and am waiting for a return response. Poor overall experience. More

Windshield wiper repair I left the car early and they checked the wipers but found they needed a bolt they didn’t have so they had to wait for it from Salt Lake City. Didn't need to be done I bought my Honda and a warranty so i would not have to worry about major repairs. I had it serviced here and followed all of their recommendations, 2 I bought my Honda and a warranty so i would not have to worry about major repairs. I had it serviced here and followed all of their recommendations, 24,000 miles later it was making a noise, so i confidently took it in. By the end of the day they took apart my engine that had a comptession of 150, which is good. Warrenty would not cover damage done by previous owner. Long story short, i paid for an unnecessary engine rebuild. Frank the service writter was empathetic but I still had to pay a lot of money. Needless to say I have vey little confidence in getting the help that I need. More
