Excellent service department I have been bringing my Honda Pilot (this is the second one I have owned) to Ken Garff in Riverdale for service for a very long time. I have always be I have been bringing my Honda Pilot (this is the second one I have owned) to Ken Garff in Riverdale for service for a very long time. I have always been greeted with a smile by helpful customer service people. I am always pleased with the service done on my vehicle. Merissa even remembered my name when I came back to pick up my vehicle. I would love to continue taking my car to Ken Garff but we are being transferred to Georgia with the military. I hope I find a service to care do my Pilot there that has been as good as Ken Garff. Thank you! More

Honest, excellent customer service My Tech was Alex. He went above and beyond what I would have expected. Although my appt Was only.for an oil change, he let me know based on the oil My Tech was Alex. He went above and beyond what I would have expected. Although my appt Was only.for an oil change, he let me know based on the oil life, it wasn't due yet, and he showed me how to check oil life, and he did my emissions inspection that same day and fixed a rear cargo panel that I accidentally broke the clips off and cracked it.
