Didn't buy a car here, but am thoroughly impressed I did not end up buying a car at this dealership, however, I am thoroughly impressed with how both employees I spoke with, Tyler and Jack, adhered to I did not end up buying a car at this dealership, however, I am thoroughly impressed with how both employees I spoke with, Tyler and Jack, adhered to the mission of Ken Garff and that they listen. I expected to be treated like any other car salesman has treated me hounding me, with relentless emails, phone calls, text messages etc. Tyler and Jack were both very professional, down to earth. They listened to my situation and did their best to win and as they say "earn" my business. I rarely see companies these days in the sales industry be able to adhere to the mission of a corporation, instead go a little rogue and do what they want and say what they want. These two employees are employees to keep and incentive to stay with the company. As a Doctor in a larger nationwide corporation, I seek to have employees that have the right attitude and often times, it's the attitude to listen, work hard, provide a great product or care. I didn't feel like a dollar figure, instead, felt like a person and that's the way sales ought to be. We need more salesman in this world with those morals, ethics and virtues. For the record, I elected not to purchase a vehicle here due to being from far out of town and it was a hassle for me to haul my kids down to Ogden, find someone to watch them, when pretty much the same vehicle was closer in proximity for the same price. So my choice not to purchase was purely off of my own personal ease due to my location of living. 5 stars for this dealership and salesman. More
