The mechanics didn’t clip the bottom metal panel of my car back in place after the oil change. My husband noticed a couple of weeks later when I pulled in the driveway and he could see it hanging down! car back in place after the oil change. The service personnel were excellent and treated me with the utmost respect. I feel that they totally went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and to explain what they were doing with my automobil the utmost respect. I feel that they totally went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and to explain what they were doing with my automobile. It was a costly experience, but one that I would let them take care of again. The only thing that they missed is the lights on the dashboard don't work well and need attention.
