The service department was beyond rude and disrespectful. I went to them to get my sensors checked because they were going off and to get my key fob/chip because I bought my 2022 Civic in August when the chi I went to them to get my sensors checked because they were going off and to get my key fob/chip because I bought my 2022 Civic in August when the chip shortage was happening. The guy I was talking to was laughing at me and mocking me after he told me I needed to pay for it, I told him I shouldn’t have to pay for it because I never got it and only have one key fob. He proceeded to talk to me as if I was stupid. Then he said he needed to go “check in the back” to see if what I was saying is true. 30 minutes later, he comes out and says “okay we’ll get your car done for you.”. He was still acting as if everything I said was the dumbest thing he’d ever heard. I come back to pick up my car, they hid the key fob and didn’t tell me where it was. I had to search through my car for it. And a few hours later all of my sensors came on. They essentially did nothing to fix the issue. So I went down to Ken Garff Downtown, where I purchased my car, because they were so respectful, nice and helpful. Turns out there were a few issues with my car, it needed a new sensor and a bearing for my ABS. They fixed it in no time and treated me with the utmost respect.
