The service department was beyond rude and disrespectful. I went to them to get my sensors checked because they were going off and to get my key fob/chip because I bought my 2022 Civic in August when the chi I went to them to get my sensors checked because they were going off and to get my key fob/chip because I bought my 2022 Civic in August when the chip shortage was happening. The guy I was talking to was laughing at me and mocking me after he told me I needed to pay for it, I told him I shouldn’t have to pay for it because I never got it and only have one key fob. He proceeded to talk to me as if I was stupid. Then he said he needed to go “check in the back” to see if what I was saying is true. 30 minutes later, he comes out and says “okay we’ll get your car done for you.”. He was still acting as if everything I said was the dumbest thing he’d ever heard. I come back to pick up my car, they hid the key fob and didn’t tell me where it was. I had to search through my car for it. And a few hours later all of my sensors came on. They essentially did nothing to fix the issue. So I went down to Ken Garff Downtown, where I purchased my car, because they were so respectful, nice and helpful. Turns out there were a few issues with my car, it needed a new sensor and a bearing for my ABS. They fixed it in no time and treated me with the utmost respect. They give me options for other things they notice and don't pressure me to get it fixed right then which allows me time to set aside funds service.
