Josh Caldwell was excellent to work with. I brought a used 2006 Honda Civic over the weekend from a small used car dealership. I wanted a complete look at the vehicle. The final conclusion was the car was not suitable to be on the road and they recommended that I try to return the car and obtain a full refund. I purchased this car for my 16 year old son. There was no way I was going to risk the safety of my son in a car that was unsafe to be on the road. Thanks to the hard work of Josh and the mechanic, I was able to take the information to the dealership I purchased the car from and I was able to obtain a full refund. I was greeted quickly by Mike Hiatt who was friendly and cordial. Had an appointment under Advantage Care program. Had car serviced and a wheel alignment.
