Took my CR-V in for check engine light. Jacob took excellent care of my needs! I dropped keys off late the night before right at closing time but Jacob and Dino were there to help me and d Jacob took excellent care of my needs! I dropped keys off late the night before right at closing time but Jacob and Dino were there to help me and didn't hurry or rush me. Next day I got a very timely video evaluation of the issues early in the day and an estimate for repairs to authorize. When picking up the vehicle, Jacob had a customer already that got there just before me and Dino stepped right in and took excellent care of me to get me checked out and keys returned. Ken Garff Honda Riverdale has great staff and excellent customer service!!! Thank you!!! More

Dino was great in getting the truck checked in and the work started. He communicated throughout the process and we had a back and forth texting over the work recommended before deciding what was best for work started. The work was completed in a timely fashion and I was able to pick it up at my convenience. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service work done and everyone involved in caring for my truck. More

Love the Ridgeline. However, every time I have gotten service or parts, you have failed me. You have never called telling me I have a part when it is in. When I arrive for a recall appointment that you schedule, you never have the part the first time. Your people are always appropriately apologetic. But that really doesn't help. I wish your parts are service were better because your vehicles are great. But why would I buy one from you? More
