I brought my Pilot to have the door handle actuator replaced because the door wouldn't open. They took 2 hrs to diagnose the issue and then 3 days to get the part and another visit of several hours to replaced because the door wouldn't open. They took 2 hrs to diagnose the issue and then 3 days to get the part and another visit of several hours to replace the actuator. The handle works - but in the process of messing around in the door they messed up my speaker system on that side of the vehicle. When I brought this to their attention a say or two later they told me that I would have to adjust my schedule to bring my vehicle in AGAIN and leave it with them AGAIN for who knows how long. I have yet to be able to take the time from work to bring it in for the third time. I get that they are busy, but so am I. I expected better service and a proactive response to correct an issue that they caused during the initial service on the vehicle. I am tempted to track down Suda in Morgan, UT and make the trip to have him work on it. I got better service from him when he was at Ken Garff. More

The heater motor went out on my wifes car. Its the time of year when you need the defroster in the morning and the air conditioner in the afternoon. Arrived to do a oil change. Facility was clean. Area for kids was clean and had hand sanitizer available. We enjoyed the free beverages.
