Not the best I buy Honda's for there reliability, I just wish the service department was as reliable. Everybody is nice but, incompetent at their job. It took me I buy Honda's for there reliability, I just wish the service department was as reliable. Everybody is nice but, incompetent at their job. It took me 7 time bringing in my Pilot before they figured out how to fix it. The suspension would make a noise over big bumps, and we'd go for a ride and these guys could not hear it. It was several times I was told they could not reproduce the problem (get these guys some hearing aids). They finally said well... It could be this so will try it (still under warranty). After replacing the bushings, the noise stopped (I'll be damned). Of course it returned several months later, but I'll just deal with it because the thought of having to explain this again to these tone deaf people is enough to make me never want buy a Honda again. More

Excellent service department I went in to have an emissions check and an oil change. Ken Garff Honda is where I purchased my 2015 Civic, and the Ken Garff service department is the only facility I've used. I have confidence in this service center. I spent too much time getting two items taken care of. I had an appointment at 3:30, was checked in by the service advisor, Merrisa Cook, at 3:11, but was not out of the facility until 5:30. I politely let her know that the time was too long, especially since I had made the appointment last week. That's the not so good news. The good news is that I still left as a satisfied customer, due to Merrisa. Although the shortage of techs was not her fault, she took personal responsibility and gave a sincere apology. That goes a long way with me, because we all have "one of those days" where things don't go as planned. Merrisa was both personal, and professional, and she went out of her way to make the situation right. She genuinely understood the situation from the customer's viewpoint. (Had I got "double talk", or felt like someone was trying to "handle" me, this email would be taking a different tone). What I got was upfront honesty. I have always received excellent service at the Ken Garff dealership, and this visit didn't change that. It was a minor speedbump, and it was Merrisa's management style that let me know that nothing has changed. One more item: Getting into a cleaned car after having it serviced every time is a nice bonus. Thanks, Bill Frey More
Not sure exactly about maintenance diagnosis. Took so long. I tried to make a service maintenance appointment over the phone. Finally after 3 attempts I got someone but there wasn't any available spot on the days I needed to. I just walked in knowing about the extra time it was going to take. First of all I wasn't knowledge after 7 minutes I was helped. Service took around 1:40 minutes. I was explained the conditions on my car and a care plan but associate told me he was going to give a copy of everything in next 3 minutes but he disappeared coming back almost 20 minutes after our conversation uffff More
