Also in the sales department, I always work with Mario. I’m sure he’s getting a little frustrated with me because I’ve had the same car for about 5 years now. But if and when I finally decided to let my Accord go, I’ll be going with him. He’s always extremely helpful and fast. I appreciate that I don’t feel like I’m in a high pressure sales situation working with him. I hope to continue receiving the high quality service I have been for years to come. More

They forgot to correctly mount a piece under my car. I have already sent an email about this, so I won't go through the whole situation. I'm surprised I never heard back from someone about my complaint. Regardless, I'm never bringing my Hinda back to Riverdale for service. More
