Goofing up the under promise/over deliver game They gave me a high price and unacceptable time frame and later come back with a lower price and much better time frame. My car Broke down on the highway on my way home to a state a few hundred miles away. On the phone Garff Service told me they could fix it (alternator) the same afternoon or next morning at the latest. After I used up my free towing through my insurance, they told me it would take an extra day up to two weeks and cost an arm and a leg. I thought I was going to be stranded in Utah. Later on they fixed it in the original time frame and charge me less. The final price was reasonable. More
