Full synthetic oil change and tire rotation. I had an appointment and didn’t have to wait long once I arrived. They completed the service in less that the hours time they quoted me. Recall repair, oil, air filters, transmission fluid Waited for about 90 minutes for a shuttle ride home... waited 2 hours for a shuttle ride pickup. The passenger side airbag has been rattling since it was replaced -- this happened when the driver's side airbag was replaced, and a loose screw was to blame. All the people are over-the-top friendly, and other than the airbag replacements, the repairs seem good. I moved here from Ithaca, NY 2+ years ago. I drove to Williams Honda in Elmira, NY to purchase my new Honda Fit in 2011. Nobody can compare with Williams Honda for customer service. Yours is good... theirs is GREAT! More

After more than $2000 maintenance After we spent more than $2000, the windshield was dirty, the back of my driver seat were fellout. The service advicer would not spend time to go over After we spent more than $2000, the windshield was dirty, the back of my driver seat were fellout. The service advicer would not spend time to go over our car with us. We were happy they have our car fixed fast. But why our clean windshield became dirty, and the back of the back of driver seat never fell out before, now just on the car floor. I guessed we had to pick up the car at 5pm, gave them an excuse do such a hurry job. More
