Poor service Have taken my new car twice for oil change and tire rotation. Included was a car wash. 1st time there was axle grease around driver door handle and ha Have taken my new car twice for oil change and tire rotation. Included was a car wash. 1st time there was axle grease around driver door handle and hatch back opener handle. Plus, I trusted them to check tire pressure. But they overinflated them. On this last visit, they noted that tires were overinflated and nearly worn to wear bars on the center of tread. Plus they said the oil change was not due, because the oil life indicator showed 60%. However, the service due sticker they put in the window was past due for service. Seems factory reccomends 10k miles, but sticker was for 5k. Not happy with this sloppy attention to detail. More

Recall repair I got a recall on my car and was instructed to take it to the nearest dealer. I made an appointment two weeks in advance and when I brought my car and I got a recall on my car and was instructed to take it to the nearest dealer. I made an appointment two weeks in advance and when I brought my car and I had to wait 15 minutes before being helped. I also thought the employees were extremely rude and did not answer any questions I had. I also asked them to repair a windshield wiper while my car was there and when I picked it up they had not done it and said that they forgot. I also did not feel like they explained anything from my safety inspection. Once I got home and read the inspection there were recommendations of things to fix. There were also repairs they recommended on my safety inspection that they did not go over with me I will not go back to this dealer. More
