I feel the information I gave the technician should have been enough to find the problem. In the end it was the timing, which, among other things,I had asked them to check. We replaced the fuel relay at a cost of $140, but that wasn’t the problem. Admittedly, it was a difficult diagnostic, but I had specifically mentioned the timing could be a problem. Got the vehicle back, checked timing. Timing was off. Set timing correctly and it solved all my problems. More
First visit This was my first visit at this location. Other experiences I have had with Honda I am greeted as I pull into garage but not here. I wasn’t clear wher This was my first visit at this location. Other experiences I have had with Honda I am greeted as I pull into garage but not here. I wasn’t clear where I was supposed to go. Josh was the only staff person I had any interaction with. He provided good customer service. Waiting room was mostly clean. Overall experience was good. Great service to me would include being greeted upon arrival, other staff members being friendly and cleaner waiting room. I will be back. More

Great! The wait for parts was shorter than anticipated and Alex even showed me the damage after my tire was repaired to show me the extent of the damage. Poor service Have taken my new car twice for oil change and tire rotation. Included was a car wash. 1st time there was axle grease around driver door handle and ha Have taken my new car twice for oil change and tire rotation. Included was a car wash. 1st time there was axle grease around driver door handle and hatch back opener handle. Plus, I trusted them to check tire pressure. But they overinflated them. On this last visit, they noted that tires were overinflated and nearly worn to wear bars on the center of tread. Plus they said the oil change was not due, because the oil life indicator showed 60%. However, the service due sticker they put in the window was past due for service. Seems factory reccomends 10k miles, but sticker was for 5k. Not happy with this sloppy attention to detail. More
