Service was good but the unexpected charges were a huge disappointment. These charges should have been shared when we made our appointment through their online service scheduler. When we purchased the Advantage care plan we were told that the plan doesn't expire. That wasn't the case and we were charged a fee to "reactivate" the plan. We also showed up at the dealership and when we went to the Buick service center (where we have always gone) they were closed. We went over to the Honda center and they said we were on their schedule because the company decided to close the Buick service center on Saturdays. We were charged $20.00 because it was the Honda service center instead of Buick. When we scheduled the appointment it didn't differentiate between the two and we used the portal for Buick. Nickeling and Diming (or $10 and $20ing) customers is very unprofessional and disappointing. More
