The people are very nice and I appreciate the waiting area accommodations, but twice now, very important things under my “Care package” have been overlooked. The first time was that my tires were not ro area accommodations, but twice now, very important things under my “Care package” have been overlooked. The first time was that my tires were not rotated and the tire with a hole in was not fixed when they said they had done it. This last time my brakes were not looked at and subsequently I had to have the rear pads and rotors replaced two weeks later since they were metal on metal. I had someone else do this. I really want to give Ken Garff Honda a great review, but right now I do not feel they are up to par. More

I usually use this dealership for most of my car maintenance needs. I especially use them for oil changes because it is a great price. Unfortunately this last experience wasn’t as great. I had an 8 AM appointment for an oil change and I dropped my car off using the key drop box early that morning. When I returned around 11 AM my car hadn’t even moved. They went out and got the keys out of the dropbox for my car and the other vehicles waiting. I was told it would be about an hour to an hour and a half wait. I returned an hour and a half later and my car still wasn’t done. I had to wait another half hour before it was finished. It’s just frustrating as a customer to bring your car in for a set appointment and giving ample time, and then to see that your car is still not ready and you have to wait even longer. Those who took the time to make an appointment should be priority over those that walk in. And if somebody drops off their vehicle before their appointment then it should still be taken care of when their appointment was made. Keys that are left in the dropbox should be cleared out first thing in the morning before starting anything else. More
