This service was for a recall, call a brake rotor, sensing tool. Service department could have just given me this tool and let me go home instead they made me leave the car and spend half a day of my sensing tool. I have been buying Mercedes from Ken Garff for years and years and years. I’ve had ups and downs with the service department. I will be honest my last experience there was probably one of the best I’ve had years and years. I’ve had ups and downs with the service department.
