Brought my car in for about $2,000 worth of maintenance on Friday 7/26. After picking up my car I have noticed it is now leaking oil. It wasn’t leaking oil when I took it in for service. Called on Monday 7 on Friday 7/26. After picking up my car I have noticed it is now leaking oil. It wasn’t leaking oil when I took it in for service. Called on Monday 7/29 first thing in the morning to let them know it is leaking oil and they tell me that they can take a look at it on 8/7. You guys will probably be buying me a new engine if it leaks for that long. More

Vivian Montes was very professional and responsive to any questions that I had as well as updating me with where my car repair was in process. Vivian is one of the better service agents that I have had the questions that I had as well as updating me with where my car repair was in process. Vivian is one of the better service agents that I have had the pleasure to work with over the years of bringing my car in for service. The reason I gave SLC Mercedes a 4/5 is due to the 48 hour delay in returning my call to schedule an appointment to bring my car in, and the fact that the agency constantly runs short of loaner cars, which is exceedingly annoying… So I needed to arrange my Car service with an available loaner. Of note, the video review of my car service and the need for repairs was a nice touch. More

If this review is for my A service on my GLC300, I did not work with Vivian. The service rep was Cameron. If this rating is for Cameron, I would give him five stars. I have worked with Vivian in the not work with Vivian. The service rep was Cameron. If this rating is for Cameron, I would give him five stars. I have worked with Vivian in the past, but feel that Cameron did a better job at discussing and listening to all of the issues that needed to be addressed, ie my engine light issue, registration, and tire wear.
