This is the second time I’ve bought a car through Ken Garth Mercedes in Salt Lake City. I can’t tell you how happy I am with their team. Eric, the sales person is so knowledgeable and dropped everything Garth Mercedes in Salt Lake City. I can’t tell you how happy I am with their team. Eric, the sales person is so knowledgeable and dropped everything to get us in. My car was totaled and I had a new car within days. Mercedes really saved my life. Carson the finance guy was able to get me the best interest rate by shopping the different credit unions. So thankful!!!! More

Couldn’t figure out a simple problem - spent four days, $2,700 and three visits on maintenance and repair and still had the problem. Finally (third visit) diagnosed and fixed the problem covered by warrant $2,700 and three visits on maintenance and repair and still had the problem. Finally (third visit) diagnosed and fixed the problem covered by warranty. On pick up the manager Angela claimed that I damaged to loaner vehicle and that I lied about it… super offensive. More
