I bought a used 2023 BMWX3. When I got it home I noticed the following: 1) missing a floor mat in passenger row 2) the inside of the car was dirty, stain on passenger seat, i When I got it home I noticed the following: 1) missing a floor mat in passenger row 2) the inside of the car was dirty, stain on passenger seat, inside handles dirty, windows had a film on them, hard water stains on whole car. This is disappointing as I bought a BMW at a Mercedes dealership. I guess I expect the vehicle to be at least clean! More
