I purchased a used 2013 jeep wrangler from sales person. Told me I had to pay $10,000.00 for a $18k used vehicle. None of the money was used for the vehicle. I was financed by the dealer at $18k and was tol Told me I had to pay $10,000.00 for a $18k used vehicle. None of the money was used for the vehicle. I was financed by the dealer at $18k and was told that I’d have full bumper to bumper coverage if anything was wrong with the vehicle . The jeep had many issues. Roof leaked water in during rain. The engine had misfiring and over heating. I took it to the dealership shop and asked to repair and look into all the issues I stated. They told me that it would cost over $14k to fix all the issues and my warranty doesn’t cover anything after They held my vehicle for over a month and did nothing with it . I was charged $1000.00 for a rental when I was told it would be covered during the process of repairs. I have had many issues and continue to while I pay a premium monthly payment of $391 and in the past year because of the finance company. Only $1000.00 has come off the finance loan. Along with the repairs that I have come out of my pocket; a new radiator (the prior one was clogged with repair liquid already in it), a new water pump( prior one was cracked on three fans ) a malfunctioning temperature sensor (was not opening to allow the flow) : I still believe there is an issue with the head gasket I stated my first time taking it to the dealership shop. I had to replace my own roof since I was told it would cost me over $3000.00 for replacement. I replaced it myself in an hour and a half for 10percent the cost . Along with other issues that must be attended such as brakes and rotors and suspensions that was all rotted with rust. As I struggle to purchase all these parts out of pocket and maintenance to fix this. I must pay for this monthly payment so I don’t lose the vehicle that gets me to and from my personal and professional responsibility. I was also told to change my entire insurance coverage which doubled monthly to over $450.00 with 10percent coverage of my previous insurance. I am very disappointed in this company overall except for the employees behind the parts counter who have assisted in finding the exact parts I need to replace . I do not recommend anyone to ever shop with this dealership. They will steal and lie and not uphold their word really being there for the customer. Why would they. They already know I’m committed in a legal contract agreement that has put me in a financial struggle every day since I trusted them More

This is my second visit to this dealership for a quick express service (oil change), I was told it would be about an hour and a half it took 3 hours to complete… they didn’t have the oil filter needed for express service (oil change), I was told it would be about an hour and a half it took 3 hours to complete… they didn’t have the oil filter needed for my vehicle which was the same thing that happened last time and apart from that they didn’t know how to properly reset the maintenance settings. Paula was great but essentially the dealership should be better prepared as an oil change that takes 3 hours shouldn’t be a thing, specially when they consider this an express service. More
