I took my wife’s Honda Accord for service. It needed an oil change and the battery was giving her issues. I was concerned that it needed brakes since we had not changed them in a while. I was It needed an oil change and the battery was giving her issues. I was concerned that it needed brakes since we had not changed them in a while. I was pleasantly surprised when I was told the brakes were fine and did not need to be replaced. I did have to replace the battery, but the process was seamless. Tony, who is the service manger, was spectacular. I have to add that I walked in and out while on the phone a few times using different doors and was always met with a courtesy welcome. I was expecting sales people to attack me, and they never did. I was quite impressed and will definitely be returning. More

It’s Kendall, you shouldn’t have high expectations for these lying lazy xxx people. Everytime I go for an oil change, they be taking four hours just to change my oil & don’t have the curtesy to let you kn these lying lazy xxx people. Everytime I go for an oil change, they be taking four hours just to change my oil & don’t have the curtesy to let you know how long it’ll be. I just recently finished going for coolant flush, brake system flush, oil change, & tire rotation. I get home and go under my hood to check out everything and the brake system was never flushed. The liquid was supposed to be clear if they changed it but it was still yellow, looks like they had just added the liquid to cut corners. I wouldn’t be surprised if they just added coolant in my car or charged me for the service knowing I didn’t need it. I got my tires rotated as well and a smart person would balance out the tires as well but it’s too much work for them to do that as well. More

I set up an appointment to have my vehicle looked at and repaired for a warranty issue only to be told that my vehicle won’t even be looked at for a week, till the following week. The service advisor explai repaired for a warranty issue only to be told that my vehicle won’t even be looked at for a week, till the following week. The service advisor explained that the shop was swamped with work and vehicles. Service advisor said it would be best to bring in the the vehicle the following week early on a Monday. What was the point of scheduling an appointment if my vehicle is only going to sit at the dealer for a week!? I will not be servicing my vehicle again at this dealership. More
