My previous experiences in prior dealer was that when I used to take my car for regular oil change, they would check my fluids, the tires, and even do a very light wash Being used to that, i expected some used to take my car for regular oil change, they would check my fluids, the tires, and even do a very light wash Being used to that, i expected something similar. A reliable service. I went to get my oil changed and additionally brought up the fact of having a squeaky noise during turns. I had noticed that my steering fluid was below min level. I mentioned that and was promised to get that refilled. I got home trusting it was done to find that not only that fluid was low but also the antifreeze and nothing had been done. I bought my own Mopar fluids and refilled. I have an oncoming appt to get the noise analyzed and have great hesitations about taking my car again there for any future services. More
