Although our part was delayed (no fault of our service advisor or dealership) we were very happy with Carlos Blanco’s constant checkins, assisting with loaner cars and even having our car detailed. The worst service experience, the vehicle was handed in for an oil and filter change and they give it to me without the maintenance seal and when I pay I receive it to leave the mechanic is the one who tel for an oil and filter change and they give it to me without the maintenance seal and when I pay I receive it to leave the mechanic is the one who tells me that there is a fault in the engine and the check turned on, I come back and they tell me that they forgot to tell me, that I have to leave it one of these days to check it, I won't even dream of going back to that dealer, it is my second bad experience for that reason I am encouraged to leave my experience as an expectation of change I hope that service department provides excellent services to its clients More

I was waiting for a part to come in and the dealership had my telephone number and kept on keeping me updated as to when the part would be coming in. George the service writer was nothing but a fresh of b had my telephone number and kept on keeping me updated as to when the part would be coming in. George the service writer was nothing but a fresh of breath air, he made sure that everything went well from beginning to the end. When the part came in and as I got into the dealership Jorge, was there already with the paperwork waiting for me, took in my car and had it ready for me in just a few hours later.
