Buyer Beware responded

Please save the canned responses. The dealer knows exactly who I am. I was contacted 5 times via email, phone and text. When I went to purchase the car the price on the contact was 5000.00 more than the advertised price . Really don’t know how your employees look at themselves and think that they work at an honest dealership. I imagine that they just follow directions from leaderships and continue to LIE , LIE LIE

Just noticed the canned response was sent by the BOT at 3:20 a.m. . Why would the BOT attempt to redirect the complaint to a separate company owned website??? I think the public should be aware of the deceitful tactics at the dealership. Lies , ineffectual explanations of why the price differential and more lies. Stop wasting the public’s time ! Advertise the true cost and dealers fees of the vehicles.

FYI BOT is a robot reply. It’s hard to believe that someone from the dealership was replying to customers at 3:20 a.m. BOTS usually are the culprits in these communications . Most reputable sales organizations train their staff in a reputable manner. When I communicated with your sales manager and mentioned the pricing was good he agreed ; no mention was made by your representative of additional dealer fees in the exorbitant amount of 5000.00 dollars. When I went to dealership, test drive the car and sat down to finalize the deal is when the additional fees where documented. Stop wasting the consumers time. Advertise your prices TRUTHFULLY
