I went to Kendall Jeep on 5/30/24 to ask about the transfer case switch in my Jeep. The knob was cracking, and my factory warranty was about to expire. After going around my vehicle with the service m transfer case switch in my Jeep. The knob was cracking, and my factory warranty was about to expire. After going around my vehicle with the service manager and assistant service manager, we agreed to replace the following: transfer case switch, dashboard, passenger a-pillar, rear passenger door panel, and roof rails. 6/6 I received a text stating my Jeep was done and that the door panel was expected on 6/17. This date came and went with no update. On 6/25 I texted to see if there was any news on my vehicle. I was told they were dealing with a cyber-attack. He said he hoped to have better news for me on 6/28. This date passed without any communication. 7/3 I was told they expected to have my Jeep ready on 7/8 or 7/9. I received a phone call on 7/9 that the wrong color door panel was ordered, and it would be another month for the new one. He said I could come in and pick up my Jeep. When I arrived to pick up my Jeep, I was told they lost my key fob. After 5-10 minutes, I was told that I had to come back because they couldn’t find it and had to program a new fob. Upon picking up my car, I realized the main issue with the transfer case switch was not resolved. After further inspection, I discovered the following interior issues: knob was still cracked, passenger a-pillar was not listed on repair order, trim would not click into place near shifter, nicks in shifter trim, scratch/nick on my dash cam screen which now is not recording properly, part of the interior of my glove box was melted, and my $16 air freshener was gone. The next day on 7/11 I spoke to the service director. He agreed to replace the damaged parts. On 7/13 I took my car to a self-service car wash to hand wash it and discovered extensive damage my car had endured at the dealership including: scratches covering hood, gouges along the front driver side, driver-side sensor dislodged, gouges on the hitch cover, and a wheel weight rusted on the cowl.
