All of the other dealers weren't the best experience, some (most) were even dismal. I am a car enthusiast, I was absolutely sick of going to car dealers where I knew more than the sales rep. Nearly all of the dealers knew absolutely nothing about cars, let alone the car they were trying to sell me. I am in sales as well and in what world does not knowing your product help you make a sale? Moreover, dealers like to act like they are "bottom line" pricing, but don't let into the hype, they aren't. The experience could not be more different with Rudie Policz and Kenny Ross Mazda. Rudie knew everything that he needed to and explained it in an extremely professional yet fun way. He had the exact car I wanted and everything was smooth as silk. Seriously, Rudie was excellent. I got a deal that i was satisfied with and the car I wanted without having to sacrifice anything. 100% recommend Rudie and Kenny Ross Mazda to anyone who is in the market. It was fantastic! More

He was quick to respond, friendly and easygoing. Kenny Ross was able to get offer a great price. Once we got to the dealership, the car was ready to go. After a test drive, some helpful instructions (and of course the paperwork), we drove away happy with the car, the price and the experience. More

Salesmanship excellent; financial bozo poor. Joe W, the sales rep was excellent, honest and fair. Joe secured the exact CX5 I wanted from another dealer 100+miles away, and quickly. Dealership included a couple of extra incentives to seal the deal. The financial clerk was bad, very bad. She had to be related to the dealership's owner. Don't want to elaborate but make sure you know and understand the financial documents as she did not and did a lousy job of attempting to explain the 10+ lease documents. Her gum chewing was annoying! More
