Here is the reason I do not recommend Kenny Ross Subaru. Last Friday we went in there because there was a Jeep wrangler that my wife liked. When we walked in and asked about the Jeep they told us that it Last Friday we went in there because there was a Jeep wrangler that my wife liked. When we walked in and asked about the Jeep they told us that it was at Kenny Ross Ford in adamsburg and that they were going to go and get it so we could look at it and take if for a test ride. Well after waiting at the dealership for 45 minutes for them to get back they came and said that they sold the Jeep. All is good things like that happen. So we continued to look for a Jeep Wrangler. Well today my wife is searching and finds the Jeep that we were interested in on Kenny Ross Ford website but guess what it was 3000 more than what the other Kenny Ross was selling it for. So today my wife text our salesman named Sean to see what was up with the Jeep if it was sold or not. So here is his response It was sold. Our ford store had a customer drive it on an extended test drive the day you first came in. Apparently the guy could not get financed for it. So we made Kenny Ross Ford buy it from us for market based price. Now they are stuck with it as a result for xxxxxxx us around and have added more to the sale price to make a profit. I am a customer also as I have bought a car from them before and had a great experience so that’s why we went back. Mind you that this salesman was talking to my wife and using profanity. How unprofessional that is my question becomes this is this the way Kenny Ross trains there salesman to use profanity at a women? This salesman was so rude and got upset that we wouldn’t buy another Jeep at 700 dollars a month payment. Stay away from Kenny Ross Subaru More

They took care of my air conditioning problem but had to order something from Texas. So far, just replacing the "O" ring seems like it took care of the problem.
