My Forester had multiple idiot lights on for several days, and the heater was not noticeably working on the colder days. On the one day the wife and I had the time to get it looked at (we babysit grandc days, and the heater was not noticeably working on the colder days. On the one day the wife and I had the time to get it looked at (we babysit grandchildren 4 days a week) I made the call to Kenny Ross service Dept. Mike Siefers answered the phone and after explaining the problems with my vehicle, he calmed me down immediately, telling me if I brought in in that day (it was already afternoon) he would try to get it repaired while I waited. A few hours later Mike approached me in the waiting area with the best news in months. All the problems had been repaired, caused mostly by a Thermo Heat valve. Even better he said all the work was covered under the Drive Train warranty. I will be their customer for years to come! More

Steve saved the day! I called Kenny Ross Subaru because my car broke down on the turnpike on my way to Cleveland from out near Philly, and Steve was able to help me with I called Kenny Ross Subaru because my car broke down on the turnpike on my way to Cleveland from out near Philly, and Steve was able to help me with a tow company they trust, and to get me into a loaner vehicle to keep me moving to Cleveland while they worked on the car.
