Service went well, service advisor was pleasant and presented issues found that I told him I would have to come back for. I was disappointed when I found later that the service advisor did not use the presented issues found that I told him I would have to come back for. I was disappointed when I found later that the service advisor did not use the coupons that I gave him that came in our mail though he said he would use where he could. I was not told they could not be used, and did not get them back, so assumed there was a credit on my bill for at least one of the coupons... Hoping I get more coupons in the mail for my next visit. When I brought my car in they found the problem and were thorough. They told me to call my insurance company for coverage of the bill so I didn't have to pay a huge bill. They also loaned me their courtesy thorough. They told me to call my insurance company for coverage of the bill so I didn't have to pay a huge bill. They also loaned me their courtesy car so I didn't have to drive my car since there was an issue that concerned the airbags. They told me the steps for the service and worked with the insurance company keeping g me posted the whole time. More
