He really made it a fun and enjoyable experience throughout the whole process. To add, I was fully prepared to bring an autodraft check from my credit union as I usually do and I was asked to give you guys a chance at beating the rate I would’ve had on my own (that was already excellent) and sure enough, you did! It was truly refreshing to work with professionals and feeling like we were valued customers again at a dealership instead of just pawns in this crazy car market.
