I brought my Forester to Kenny Ross Subaru for the state inspection. It was nice to just pull into the service garage, walk into the office, and be greeted by a friendly employee who knew why I was there an inspection. It was nice to just pull into the service garage, walk into the office, and be greeted by a friendly employee who knew why I was there and got the inspection process started. The waiting area was comfortable, with free food and drinks, and they kept me informed on the progress of the inspection. The results were good, and they gave me a detailed summary, along with recommendations on future work. All in all, it was a good experience. More
