Vinnie was super helpful in my lease buy-out. He showed me all of my options, and unfortunately, a new car just wasn't in the cards for me yet. However, he walked me through the process of the lease buy out and I returned a week later with my check to purchase the car outright. It did take longer than expected to get the car inspected for the buy out - which was out of his hands. The service team and finalizing took a lot of time. I had just been there a week prior for a full comprehensive inspection for PA State and Emissions, so I'm not sure why it needed to be re-reviewed. I expected to be there for 30 min tops, and I was there 2 full hours. I had my check already written. More

Service was great however the price of a battery at $600. 00 really set me back. After reading on the internet that a $600.00 battery may not have been needed , I am a little leery. I am in quite a financial bind and if it ould have been mitigated in anyway it would have been appreciated. It does not take away from the service I received but my next car will not be a Subaru if the batteries cost $600.00! More
