Wrote a review on their website about one month ago regarding 6:30 AM text messages about tire sales. They promptly responded with a phone number to call to "address the issue" with the manager. Call the number, and no one knows what you are even talking about; let alone able to address the issue of not asked for 6:30 AM solicitation. Filed a complaint with the BBB last month and just heard back today. They report Kenosha Nissan is unresponsive. Their actions speak volumes. More

Horrible experience, went in pre approved with Capital One, They added $3000 in extras, I told them no I would except it and they said they would remove the Charges but came back and told me they couldn't One, They added $3000 in extras, I told them no I would except it and they said they would remove the Charges but came back and told me they couldn't take the Nano Coating Charge off, I know they can I bought a car there 2 years ago and they had no problem then!! From the looks of the empty show they can use all the sales they can get, Carvana might be a tad higher on interest but no games with xx charges just to squeeze an extra dime out of you!!! More

Saw a car, called on it, was given fluff, went with my own financing, and was told I don't qualify for the advertised final price that was given. They will pressure you and try to “fluff” the number to paint them nice but in reality you are getting screwed over. Don’t forget rude general manger and manger. They will threaten your job and that people you DONT want to give your money to. Trust me just a bunch of scammers under that roof. More
